At The Holy Holder, our customer's satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you've purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise price. Some restrictions may apply.

Return Procedure:
1. Package your return in the original carton (All returned products must be complete including the original packing, accessories, parts, manuals, etc.).
2. Please include the shipment invoice (packing slip) with the returned item.
3. Send your return via UPS ground or Insured Parcel Post to The Holy Holder Returns Dept. 73 Garrity Blvd. Brewster, NY 10509. All returns for refund are subject to a return processing fee of $2.95/return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refusal of an order will incur a $9.95 fee (deducted from return credit).
